Flag Requests

Hello there. My computer gets belly up whenever I try to make a flag with Adobe Photoshop; also, I'm barely Adobe-literate, and it seems like I'm unable to follow the tutorial in the Goodies folder (I will try to do it again when I get a better PC)
Meanwhile, could anyone make a Basque flag from this file, please?

Doesn't that just mean that it can be released as a satellite by its mother nation (in this case Spain)?

Indeed it would mean so, but I want it to be releaseable as a satellite only after a certain event.

Oh and btw, can you make this one also? I hope the picture wont disapear but if it do, can you make a flag like the UK 1600 one (without ireland), but wih the small difference than the scottish white strip is above the english red one
