So, I downloaded HIP with PB, ARKO Armories, NBRT+, and VIET Events. However, I wanted to replace the "coa" flags for Brittany like I normally have done in the past. So, I found the flags I wished to use and renamed them accordingly. Then I went in and replaced the "old" flags with my newly renamed ones. Following that I deleted the flags under gfx and started the game fully expecting my new flags to be there replacing the old ones. However, this did not happen. Apparently all the old flags are still there in game and when I looked back to make sure my "new" flags were in their correct location they were. I don't quite understand why it is not working. I have done this before in the past with other versions of mods e.g. HIP, PB, CKII+, AGOT, etc...and it has worked. Am I doing something wrong? Also, when I edited the provinces in the history folder e.g. moving around holdings within a province e.g. making Richmond the capital of York ( I liked the b_richmond COA more than b_york COA) it was not in game as I had edited it. If anyone could help me I would be very appreciative...

EDIT: So I some how got most of them to work. However, the county of Penthievre is giving me some trouble.... It is not changing. I noticed when I went to replace it that it had three flags listed for it. Is there a reason for this and what can I do?
