Okay, could one of you fine gentlemen help me out with a history lesson. I have listed the extra flags in HoI that I am unsure of what country they belong to. Thanks in advance for any help and brief history lesson you can feed me on them

Not sure about the histories, but I can give you a guess about what nations the tags are:

BLR - Belarus
BRU - Brunei
KAZ - Kazakhstan
MTN - Montenegro?
TAJ - Tajikistan
TRK - Turkmenistan
UZB - Uzbekistan

SAR=I have no idea. I've never seen that flag before.
