Bugs in MP....
It seems the client is UNABLE to see "Flags" country_flag and global_flag
For example you can press *produce winter equipment* and it stays there and doesnt show you that you are now producing (you have to be client).
Another example:
If your a french player you cannot accept Vichy france with germany until the game is rehosted since the decision will not be clickable until the flag is set...
Another example:
You have to rehost the game after austria event or else germany wont get the Munich event (it requires a flag to be set)
This problem effects EVERY decisions and EVERY event It gets worse.........
For example a CLIENT can press *war propaganda* over and over and over and over and over removing limitless dissent .... Once the game is rehosted it cannot be clicked again (since the flag is now set).
This doesnt just cause rehosting to become constant... This allows people to CHEAT such as "War propaganda" therefor it definitely needs fixing
Its quite simple how to fix this....
So to fix it make the clients set to the flags as well as server (The client already KNOWS what the event is and im sure its more than capable of setting flags if not create a new packet and update the client with flags as they are set this might be best way to do it incase an AI sets a flag)
