Fixing Riga

I am doing my first successful teuto prussian run. I am actually bothered by the status of Riga because i couldn't vassalize it because it is a kingdom while most of the Big powers nears it are actually duchies ( except Poland and Novgorod) ( Isolved this problem like usual beat the crap of the Hanseatic League then took Riga). However historically should not be thecase :

Riga is a member of HRE as a member of Hanseatic League
Riga is a duchy

The Archbisphoric of Riga was not in the Holy Roman Empire in 1444, neither was the Trade City of Riga... the latter of which is not represented ingame despite the Archbisphoric of Riga holding it's lands in EU4. Riga also already STARTS in the Hanseatic League by default.

Also, yes, it was the Archbisphoric of Riga, therefore a Kingdom rank. Historical accuracy mandates that Riga stay at the Kingdom rank.

Unless the trade city were split form the archbishopric, I agree that it should remain a Kingdom. And honestly Riga is very small already, I don't want it split up. And besides... it's a OPM, it doesn't require a nerf to make it easier for its neighbours to conquer/diplo-vassalise.

I was able to diplo vassalise it in my Teutonic run.
