Ok two new files,
France.txt needs to go in the "\Program Files\Paradox Entertainment\Hearts of Iron\db\events" folder
Revolt.txt needs to go in the "\Program Files\Paradox Entertainment\Hearts of Iron\db\" folder.
Only fixed for alternative Italian situation.
When The Vichy France event is activated, everything happens exactly as it did except that if Italy has made territorial gains in africa or europe, from france, they will be seded to him. So if Germany did nothing against fracne and Italy took Paris and 25% of Frances national provences then Italy would keep it's gains.
Germany would still get all the provinces they normally would however. but Italy gets the rest if it's taken them.
