Since there are several threads complaining about stuff which is already fixed/planned to get fixed for 1.03 it would be good to have one thread with all the fixes we know about. Please only post about what you know is fixed from a dev or beta post, not what you think should be fixed. There are also a lot of small bug fixes and rare CTD fixes but I don't think they're worth listing.
The fixes I've heard about:
Partisans are being scaled back in 1.03. They shouldn't spawn as often or be as large and should be unreinforceable. They should also vanish when the country demobilizes, although last I heard this was still a work in progress and may be changed to they vanish when the country makes peace.
POP merging. Only pops under 10k should merge.
The AI's building of modern ships is being looked at again.
The AI should respect Peace treaties more, so no more constant wars.
Starting pops ajusted. Especially in Austria.
Starting factories ajusted.
AI should be better at know what items are in demand and building factories for them. Update: "AI for 1.03 revised to focus on railroads and filling gaps in production chain (as well as profit). Output from world is increased 100-300% - with obvious benefits for material availability."
It should be easier for lower prestiege countries to buy from the WM.
Provinces being instantly retaken when a country is annxed should no longer happen.
AI shouldn't offer you the same tech 4 or 5 times in the same offer.
Lake tchad isn't a province anymore.
You shouldn't be able to build troops with culture or home prov set to "none" which causes a crash.
Pop's cash reserve is being looked at.
The depopulation of countries is being looked at.
The problem with the player's choice in an election event not being sticky enough should be fixed.
Triggers for 1848 re-written.
Peace making AI being looked at.
Seperate land-locked areas of your country shouldn't need convoys.
BB resulting from unification events is being looked at.
F12 and "badboy" will show your badboy.
1.03 includes a new event for civilizing for any nation, if they fullfill certain aspects.
There will be a way to Italian unification which does not depend on France's event choices.
RGO's output should no longer fluctuate.
In 1.03 it will be possible to adjust the starting productivity of RGOs and factories directly (in a text file) so it should be relatively simple (by trial and error) to come up with an easy and very easy mode by multiplying up the productivity factors. This should allow people who want a fun game without too much work to still enjoy the flow of the game.
SGF doesn't get the Three Hurrahs event in 1.02, it will in 1.03.
Latest news: "Its kind of ready but in testing for a few weeks more." Johan 11th feb. So hopefully we should have it by the end of them month. Note that date isn't set in stone so no complaining is it isn't out then!

I should probably add a disclaimer: I'm not a beta (Turned down for Vic and HoI </bitterness>
) nor do I have any inside knowlage of the patch process. This is all picked up from around the forum from dev or beta posts. If none of this turns up in 1.03 don't blame Paradox, although hopefully someone will tell me if I have any glaring errors.
