Can we have a way of stopping people from getting an education when they live a huge distance from schools/uni's. Currently, if you place a educational building, CIMs from across the entire city will venture the entire map for education, eventually the entire population has become educated and your industry collapses.
Either forcing it via district rules or making it so the CIMs outside the effectiveness range (green area) have a significantly reduced chance of getting an education.
