The way the warscore is deployed in warscore summary makes it impossible to see in its entirity when there is a large war with a lot of provinces occupied and this becomes useless info. You can't even see how much warscore comes from battles as it can be observed in the attached image, but you can see a lot of +0.00 warscore from a lot of occupied provinces that provides no useful information.
