One thing that bugs me to no end in eu4 is the unhistorical provinces of Finland.
So this is Finland in eu4, but the historical regions look like this
You got them right in Crusader Kings 2, why not use the same provincial split in Europa? Or something like in Veritas et Fortitudo for maximum historical accuracy. Give the coasline for Sweden, and leave the east and north uncolonised.
