Fix random new world!

Hello this is a half a suggestion and half a bug report, but whenever i use the random new world i can already see much of the new world, so i would like that to be fixed!

Also i would like smaller provinces instead of very big provinces, i think random new world is a cool feature, but its broken, ervy time i wanna play with my graphical mods i cant do RNW. plz fix and make the provinces smaller and maybe add nice rivers that could be beautiful.

Maybe it should be "Procedurally generated new world"

The bug will hopefully be fixed when they release the new RNW overhaul. If not, I recommend putting out a post on the bugs forums then.
