Liberation of France freeze

It froze the entire comp, it happend exactly when the Liberation of France happend and at the same time I got unit creation popup....
I´ll see if I can reproduce it

Thanks Ape, this is what good bug reporting is about. You followed up and tried to reproduce and made the effort to get a save to a fellow mod. People, this is the way.
