Fix Moddir

The modding community can fix a lot of these issues, but with moddir not functioning for multiplayer it means either we hack the main game files or we abandon HoI 2 until Paradox gets this fixed.

Now that I've used mod-dir I have to say it is a lot cleaner and nicer than asking the users to copy and replace the stock files.

hold on... what is the issue, specifically? how doesn't it function for multiplayer? what happens?

Host starts up the game, client starts up and joins... client gets repeated errors that something is wrong with the compression of the game file being sent. Flat out you can't even start playing the game.

I've even tested it on my own LAN (hence no firewalls or routers involved) and the client gets "The uncompression of the Scenario File failed. Please contact support."
