The Council of Trent bugs are pretty much game breaking for Catholics, especially in multiplayer. Why are they not even mentioned in this patch?

1. The council is supposed to have something like one event per pope, but the entire thing is over in a few months because the cool down is broken.

2. Curia controllers often will vote all four measures in opposition to their own opinion. Many times they choose "harsh" for no apparent reason.

3. The malus says "Opinion of Heretics" but actually is all non Catholics.

4. The malus is PERMANENT and decided by a single country over the course of 3 months in the mid 1500s. This means that a single Curia controller deciding to enact "harsh" measures guarantees a state of perpetual utter raving, hair puling hatred of ALL Catholic nations against ALL non Catholic nations until the end of time.

How is fixing this not even enough of a priority to be mentioned?

Having played a few campaigns as countries that are pagan, the hethans getting the heretic malice is incredibly annoying and unreasonable. The sudden appearance of -80 opinion due to that cool down issue and their preference for harsh makes diplomacy in Europe as a non catholic an absolute waste of time unless the Protestants do really well. I seriously think these issues are in need of addressing.
