I was originally going to say Switzerland in order to watch the game first, but then realized that I can play as governments in exile.

Therefore, I will play Poland and maybe even make an AAR out of it.

After that, I will of course play Germany and then the US to get a full feel of their power in this game.

maybe nerfing Brazil to make it a challenge, in real life Brazil was much more powerful than any other south american country,

Well my problem with that order is Paraguay, they have lost territories to Brazil, Bolivia and Argentina during the Triple Alliance War, so having Paraguay and Brazil as allies is a little hard to imagine, and also Argentina would wanted to annex Uruguay (after all is like their backyard), but still could be an option .

But El Chaco war between Bolivia and Paraguay was much closer (1932 to 1935)
