I might try to play as the free city of Hamburg. Vassalise some HRE states, create some CNs, diplo annex the vassals, lose the free city status, change to a monarchy, vassalise the electors, become the emperor, unify the HRE. Yeah that sounds good
After seeing the achievements, I'm probably going with a Novgorod+exploration+RNW game first.
I will play as horde. I will have a look at the (new) achievements and i will decised for which one i want to go. There are some new achievements for some of the hordes, so i think i will give one of them a go.
Something in India, something in Persia, and Hamburg; the order depends on how interesting I feel the new mechanics are
I'll probably give the Dane Law achievement a second try. Haven't played as Denmark since before Art of War and i lost my save game when 1.8 came out.
Other than that, i want to play the superior countries of Perm and Mzab.
And i will also want to play as Dai Viet and Ceylon to see if Buddhism has been fixed to not be as awful as it was in Common Sense.
Then i want to do an african colonization game. Probably with Mali, Songhai or Kongo.

Serbia (had a great Serbia game in 1.10, I'd like to redo it with the new mechanics) or possibly Hejaz. Maybe Granada as a trial run (ie. until I lose).
