I'd like to fire the civilising event which is event 6667. How do I do this?

I'd like to fire the civilising event which is event 6667. How do I do this?

Open the cheat console with the F12 button, then type in event 6667 and then Enter. IIRC, if you're playing Revolutions you have to fulfill the requirements for the event or it won't happen anyway, I may be wrong though.
