Fire Sigil

So I managed to neglect grabbing the Fire Sigil when I had the opportunity in the first Act, not realizing I was going to be facing a million Bane shortly thereafter who were weak to it. Does anyone know where you can get it in Act II?

In Lethians Crossing are 2 merchants which sell the rune.

also only the wisps are weak to it

Like Franconian said, Lethian's Crossing; also from a stone monument in an outside area of the Burning Library (gotta go through it first). I think one of the Spire recruits might sell it too, but I forget which.
