Since people are getting angry, the rule is not meant to discriminating - The actual competition involves writing AAR's, instructions for beginners and such in Finnish. Everyone is free to join in, we'll select one of the winners from the best writings.
The site has absolutely no advertisements nor does it make profit in any way. It is solely a Hearts of Iron fan site, run by the game fans. We just thought this would be a nice way to give Hearts of Iron more publicity in Finland - we even bought the game with our own money so we can donate it to one of the writers. If this is wrong, please feel free to remove this thread and I am sorry.
