Finnish Dynamic Province Names

Tried a Finland game and noticed that Finland had a measly list of two dynamic province names while the Finnish culture itself had none, so thought "Why not?"

Shouldn't take too long to add in a few dynamic province names, and I don't believe it does anything besides improve flavour.

Note: If any Finnish natives can suggest any better names I'd be very welcome.

Hämeenlinna was established in 1639. Yes, the castle already existed, but the main settlement was called Vanaja.

Similarly, Savonlinna was established around the same time too. The castle there, Olavinlinna, was established in the 1490s or so. The main settlement in Savonia was Savilahti, in the place of modern Mikkeli.

The capital could be Kaprio, as it is the Finnish name for Koporye.

The Finnish spelling is Saarenmaa.

I've never heard Nevajärvi used for the town. For the lake, yes, but the town is Laatokanlinna.

Should be Ylä-Satakunta. Pirkanmaa and its Swedish equivalent Birkaland are 20th century inventions. It's a bit strange that the name got through when the province was added. As for the capital, maybe Karkku (Sastamala), it was a fairly major parish.

Ilomantsi. Because Karjala refers to a much larger area. The Russian name for that province should also be Ilomanets.
