Nikolai II said:
General governors could be used for 1809-1820, before that the king of Sweden would be used (with a finnic name, i.e. Kustaa III instead of Gustav III)
Plenty of countries in EU2 share the same kings with different names.
Feel up to the task of writing such a list?
Well, if we take swedish kings for time before 1809, it's a simple matter of copy / paste and translate.
Here are finnish versions of swedish kings of 1700-1809:
Karl XII = Kaarle XII
Ulrika Eleonora = Ulriika Eleonoora
Fredrik I = Fredrik I (Fredrik ain't a common given name in Finland)
Adolf Fredrik = Aadolf Fredrik (again, Aadolf ain't either)
Gustav III = Kustaa III
Gustav IV Adolf = Kustaa IV Aadolf
Karl XIII = Kaarle XIII
Karl XIV Johan = Kaarle XIV Juhana
These are the real monarchs only though. Sweden has too many alternate dynasties.
From a site, which is unfortunately in finnish so I don't post it here, I found these names for general govenors during 1809-1820 (unfortunately dates missing)
1809 Yrjö Maunu (Georg Magnus) Sprengtporten
1809-1810 Mihail Barclay de Tolly
1810-1823 Fabian Steinheil
EDIT: They just need to get some values for them. To have reasonably historical values, some more research needs to be done. I can do it, if somebody expresses interest to have such.
Sprengtporten was a finnish military man, who went to serve Russia, after Gustav III was assasinated.
de Tolly was a russian general, who even can be found as a leader in EU2.
And Fabian Steinheil was a count, born in modern day Estonia, then part of Russian empire.
