I started a new session half an hour ago, and boy, did the game screw me with event locations this time. XD

You see, my young Empire sits on the fringes of the galaxy (with only hyperlanes allowed)... and those "Covenant of Shadows" cultist events spawned
#1 in a nearby system (so far, so good),
#2 in a system I've already built stations in (they don't spawn when I send military ships into the system), and
#3 right in the heartland of a nearby Fallen Empire, in an adjacent arm of the galaxy (... how the fuck did they end up there?!).


So, since the search on the forums and on Reddit didn't really give me any results I could apply to this problem, I'm gonna ask here:
How can I make the game conclude these events or have it respawn them in a more sensible location? I mean, there has to be something, anything I can do, other than starting over, right?
