finished the game and couldn't do anything worthwhile in bastard's wound

So I finished game without ever getting the lethian old walls popup as destination. Hence i couldn't do anything worthwhile inside bastard's wound due to the lack of torchkeys.

any clear advice on how to get the lethian old walls to become a destination?

I'm pretty sure, that you find every torchkey neccessary in the bastard's wound.

The only two times where a torchkey from outside the wound are neccessary are for optional rooms with some loot.

yeah found out there's a bug thingie atm.

Still would like to visit the lethian old walls sometimes, you know to take in the scenery maybe have a pic-nic

It is. It's one of my favorite RPGs. There's also a 15$ DLC that only adds base game content (companion quests) so you might want to get the base game on sale and buy the DLC with it. Without the DLC it feels like there's a little hole in mid-game content.
