Find the mistake

Actually, it's Super AI 1.0. Anyway I've been deploying lots of troops in Africa (I always go for Italy first, then wait for the US to join and help me with Germany). So does anyone know how I can fix that? I guess I could try to disband the plane. Hope it doesnt CTD again.

Uh, try upgrading the plane? Instead of trying to create a new unit with the plane, create a new unit with everything else, and leave the plane where it is? Try to Strategically re-deploy the plane?
