As usual, this means we are close to an announce, usually 1 or 2 months away.

Its internal codename is "Donut", and altough it doesn't means anything (codename for Campus was "project Crunchy"), i have the feeling that it can be related to the commercial area, thus a Commercial focused DLC.

I have the feeling they named it after the commercial vans you see in the game.

Those are all speculations tho. It may be about a total different thing.

Anyway, i'll be really happy with a commercial DLC with shopping centers and so on, that was my number 1 wish along with beaches\vacations DLC.

Seems like they added three more entries?
- Tea
- Chocolate Linux
- Coffee

Or are those not DLC related?

Sounds like they could be? Chocolate Linux makes me think it's a Linux compatibility thing, but Tea and Coffee could be Creator Content Packs.

Going with my optimistic crime DLC hopes, Tea would be a British themed pack and Coffee an American themed pack (default is Euro after all)

DOWNTOWN - Commercial focused DLC
That would open yet another possibility for zoneable pedestrian paths -> shopping streets. It's only wishing!

If it is Downtown, and it let's you put down shopping centres and such, I still say Tea and Coffee are British and American themed packs, maybe like the Stadiums pack, Mall Of America, Glendale Galleria, that kind of thing for America, and the Birmingham Bullring, Sheffield Meadowhall and one of the Manchester centres, I can see the Trafford Centre being the one CO goes for, but the Arndale would be much more interesting in a city's skyline.

My guess (by following the past releases again), this DLC will get released on October with the announcement being made only one week before release just like Campus last May.

I believe they will be using the PDXCON for that, which will be held at the mid-end of September.
