Final Quest Missing

I've got to what I think is the end of the game, except the game hasn't ended. I killed the Archons then had Tunon swear fealty to me, but after that I didn't have anything left to do. I've heard I need to proclaim another edict to complete the game but there isn't a quest for it and I can't access any new areas from the edict device. I've included a copy of my savefile. I am sorry this has happened to your playthrough. We are currently working on a patch that should resolve this issue, both from happening to players, and retroactively give you the final quest that did not start.
