A: No Idea, probably not.

Q: When is 1.04 coming out?
A: I don't know.

Q: Why are there files missing?
A: The files were there in DHF 1.04 while I'm writing this post. See previous question for when 1.04 is coming out.

Q: Will this ever be updated/expanded upon for DH patch 1.0X
A: Not by me.
