Its really tedious trying to find a low difficulty planet after the campain. Everything is set to 4 skull+.

This is fine and all but its forcing me to only field my biggest mechs. I tried several times to take my Jenner out to scout, and it only works for a little, then he gets one shot by the AI despite him having full 5 chevrons of evasion.

I'd like to field something lighter sometimes for variety without getting my butt handed to me by the AI.

Anything with 4 skulls you basically must drop in Assaults as you can expect 2 waves, one mixed with Dual AC20 Devastators and Shrek trip ppc carriers and a couple assault. Then a reenforcing lance of complete assault mechs.

Anyway, thats already outside the topic...Just allow for a filter to find planets via difficulty so I don't have to sit there and click on dots all day, more often than not, clicking on the same planet like 3 times, not realizing I already looked at it lol

Strictly speaking, as far as low difficulty planets go, the best bet are the starter planets, due to how the campaign difficulty is set up.

Story progress increments a global difficulty modifier, which is thus maxed out at the end of the campaign. Planets have a specific modifier for their specific range of contracts. That is to say, the starter planets are the only places you're going to find 3 skull contracts. Anything lower is gone due to the global difficulty.

I guess you don't hire the Cirque du Soleil for a children's birthday party.

Unless you're a Steiner. ;)
