Where do I find all the files of dlc music? I'd like to have all the pdx songs in playlist which is why I'd also like to know where to find music from EU4, Hoi and Stellaris.

How about the dlc folder..
Some are (as mp3) also in the soundtrack folder, but i don't think all of the DLC music is., especially not the music included in an expansion DLC.
Ogg files should work in any proper music player. Alternatively you could convert them to mp3.
