Hi. I am quite knowledgeable about how supply work on territory which I control and rarely get any issues this way with supply.
However, fighting on territory I have no control over and with allied forces always give me annoying supply issues. I cannot improve infrastructure, and the AI just dont seem to want to do it. I can pull forces of the front line to reduce the supply requirement in the area. However, what happens then is that in most cases, my allies will just put even more divisions at the same frontline. I have even removed 15 divsions in some cases and left with 1 division, and still my 1 division had supply issues.
Supply issues cause attrition which cause loss of equipment. And I hate it.
As democratic dominion of England in this case, fighting on allied territory is basically all I can do. And normally I like the idea of it.
