Field Marshal Edition's artbook is E-Book or physical version?

In Field Marshal Edition I have saw that

“Art Book: Art from the creation of Hearts of Iron IV”

is it a E-book?Or a physical book?

An E-book of course, Steam wouldn't sell you a physical item. And wallpapers... I don't know how will Paradox make it work yet with The Witcher 3 there was a wallpaper folder within the folder of the game, I only guess that's how we will get it.

it can be described as an E-book but it is a lot more different than a regular e-book
as of now it can only be accessed through IOS & ANDROID devices
and any one who is actually planning on trying it
i highly recommend you to do it
i have already completed all the chapters and i'm going in for a second time to try something completely different than the first trial.
the story is a lot more appealing & you will not be disappointed at any given time.

You are wrong - you're talking about gamebook, which is given to everyone, who preorders.
And he is asking about an art book, which is in the Field Marshal Edition only.
