Hi, I'm not sure if these are really bugs, so please ignore it if it's not a bug actually...

Commercial/Industrial/Office buildings are offering priority "8" request
I haven't confirmed yet but the code seems so -- the CommonBuildingAI requests the incoming workers in priority 8 when there are no employees at all. From other places it looks the priority should be up to 7.

Citizens are jumping from home to work place when they are going to entertainment places
In ResidentAI.UpdateLocation, in case the citizen is at his home and a random number decides to go to entertainment place, somehow the offer's start location is set as the work location, not the home location... isn't this a bug?

Citizens "summon" vehicle after he get off public transportations.

I think this is fixable by checking the m_lanesUsed flag in PathFind.ProcessItem().
You are already checking if the citizens have used the vehicle in his trip before, so just adding another check for the public transportation will fix the bug I guess.
