I did find some previous somewhat related threads from three+ years ago but they were all inconclusive. So figured I'd make a thread.
Playing Novogrod @ 867 start. All DLC except SI, full HIP install except with SED, and BLG in place of CPR+. I'm also using Your Personal Castle and Walter's mod.
So I took the day one decision to feudalize Tribes, but all my vassals have titles like "high chief" and when I click any county on the map, the image cards reflect tribal (I.e., no castle images, no cathedral images-- but the wooden tribal/temple images instead). If I attempt to upgrade holdings I have all the right options (castle town, castle walls, etc) though.
So I *am* feudal, I just don't LOOK feudal. Which is pretty frustrating. I noticed that all other feudalize Tribes in game are dealing with the same problem. Wondering what to do to fix all this?
