I have idea for make a Feudalism as government like Corporation from MegaCorp.
Feudal Government has hereditary power, like in Imperialism, but the main characteristic is creation of vassals. Vassals is like elder version of sectors. Vassal decrease the number of the size of empire, which can help you in adoption of techs and traditions. Serfdom is unique for feudals types of slavery. Serfs is more happier and efficent than slaves, also to serfs belongs all workers except servants (replacement of clerks, they not provide trade value but provide more amenities) and soilders. Feudals have access to their own and single civics in the same time. For Feudalism your empire must be an authoritarian (not fanatic) and some forms of militarism or spiritualism.
Feudals also have unique buildings like Sovereign Castle which provide 3 Nobles, 2 Guardians (replace policemen, give more naval capacity), 2 Merchants (they provide trade value), 6 Servants and 1 Soilders jobs. Also they have Castles (+2 soilder jobs and +1 noble job, replace fortress), Guardian Wings, Servant Homes and Merchant Guilds.
Also I want to add an ability of choosing heirs, ability to make same sex or color rulers and unique designs for other types of ships and cities for governments and not only (skycapers with ads for Corporations, dark grey blocks for totalitarians, modernist white buildings with trees and grass for agrarian idyle).
Also I want to transform more special civics into governments.
