Every time Paradox has a sale, I click on the Paradox Store to see if there is anything I want to buy. Nearly every time, I wind up frustrated and leave without buying anything. My major complaints are:
  1. The tile interface. It winds up being a jumbled mess because the primary information on them is text rather than graphical, especially long text like "Europa Universalis IV: Rule Brittania" or "Hearts of Iron IV: Waking the Tiger". It becomes even worse with items like "Europa Universalis IV: Rule Brittania", where the text itself has too little contrast with the background making it hard to read.
  2. When I wind up on the "On Sale" landing page, I see no obvious way to get to "On Sale" with a filter, such as to DLC for a particular game I care about.
  3. There is no way to filter out (or even graphically indicate) the items I already own. To see why this is insanity, look at CK2 or EU4 (with 30+ DLC each on Steam); I own roughly half of the DLC for each and have no interest in trying to keep in my head which they are while browsing the Paradox Store.
  4. The Watchlist is not obvious when looking at a game page (it's a small grey circle with a plus next to the purchase/pre-order button), and it is the only feature that helps to mitigate the above problems by letting me look at only the items I actually care about.
I'd be happy to use the Paradox Store when its prices are competitive with Steam (or GOG for the games sold there) because I know that Paradox gets more money. I generally don't use the Paradox Store because its UI drives me away.

TL;DR: If you'd like me to use the Paradox Store, please improve the UI.
