Hey guys,

one of my federation members (me being the leader of the federation) is constantly building corvettes and alike for the federation fleet. Not only does it clutter the outliner with several 1-ship federation fleets, but I can't seem to stop him. Is that a new feature that federation members can build for the federation fleet? Can I make him stop so he doesn't waste his own resources? Is it maybe a bug?
