When forming a new federation, is it possible to transfer your ships to the federation fleet? If so, how do you do it? I just formed my federation and now I am over my fleet cap. I can’t find any other way to get my extra ships to the federation fleet. Do I really have to disband them and remake them as federation fleet ships?
