I thought while I was acting president of a Federation that I had full controll of the federal fleet? I thought every member of the Fed contributed to the fleet and then took turns with it when acting president. For my most recent game, I'm president but every command I give the fleet is overridden by my AI ally. Is this normal? The save file is attached.

I have found this too. In my case if I split the fleet eventually I found it was one vessel being a pain. When that one was scrapped this ceased being a problem and I regained control. Not the best solution but it should allow you to preserve an ironman game.

1. Known bug.
2. Wrong forum, register your game and post your bugs in appropriate place.
3. Rename this fleet every time you assume control, it's least tedious workaround at the moment.
