Suggest ability to set policies in what to do with rebellions once crushed:
  • Lenient where rebels are usually pardoned which reduces unrest but costs you prestige;
  • Aggressive where rebel leaders are usually executed and rebels imprisoned which slightly reduces unrest but costs you loyalty of an estate possibly determined by the type of rebels (execution of leader of a noble rebels may upset nobles, execution of leader of religious rebels might upset clergy though a bit less since religious rebels tends to be from non-state religion, etc.);
  • Savage most or almost all of the rebels are usually executed after defeat and cost you loyalty of all three estates but prestige is gained;
  • Case by Case Basis in which events will trigger upon destruction of rebel army by your army with options of what to do with rebels captured, if any.
These policies could cost ADM points or something to switch. Inspired, of course, by Native policies in upcoming expansion.
