Feature Request: Submarines (Stealthy Ships)

One of the things I loved best from Piers Anthony's "Bio of a Space Tyrant" series was the idea of "submarines" in space. These were basically super-stealthy ships that were used for covert missions -- usually recon. Would be great to have a similar ship in Stellaris.

They are an Stealth ship, a space submarine class in Star Blazers: Space Battleship Yamato 2202.
I like this concept, possible to have it if, one day, espionnage is in Stella.
