As the temporal head of a widespread religion, I get spammed by people asking for indulgence or to excommunicate someone. I would like to grant all the indulgences and deny all the excommunication requests, but it's only possible to automatically deny everything. Also, I get spammed by invitations to fests, which always pause the game.

It would be nice to have an option to auto-response to all requests of a certain kind in the future.

Speaking more generally, I see a great potential in adding more auto-management features in the game. It would take a lot of work from the developers and probably turn CK3 into a little bit different game (more like Factorio, lol), but I believe it can only benefit such sandbox kind of a game.

You wont have to worry about excommunication requests anymore, they have removed it from temporal religious heads as originally intended.

As for feasts, you wont get invited if you are busy doing something else, including leading an army so if you are truly getting spammed with them you can set your ruler to lead a token force as a workaround.
