Yet I don't agree with you. They can easily gain a few provs during the first England/France war by attacking French allies such as Bourbonnais, Provence of Auvergne, and then annex Vendée to have a nice chunk of France that give them enough power to destroy France.

Well actually I saw Burgundy survive the 1477 inheritance event and do quite well. I don't know why they didn't disappear.
I never played Burgundy myself, but maybe that maybe someone who did play them can tell us.
