In game, definitely the one that gives you large chunk of money either the one for prestige or money or the one that you get a huge chunk of money in exchange for -5% tax for 20 years. For feel and immersion I love the event The weeping song. Your heir asks you about a crying widow who lost her husband in a war. You can reply she is weeping for our men and that reply gives you - exhaustion and if you say she is only crying, son you get infamy, more man power and money. I just thought this event was very poignant and thoughtful...
