Favorite Queens / Female Leaders?

Hi everyone,
So one of my favorite parts of the EU series is having leaders. It sounds pretty simple as it is simple part of the game, but I think the leaders of the game have personalities and ways of ruling. Specifically when I play European nations, I love it when I get a Queen to play as.

Once, on one of my first playthroughs of EUIII, I got two English queens: Mary and Elizabeth, both ruling for barely four years each in the fifteenth century.

More recently in EUIV, I got a Spanish queen who ascended to the throne at age 50 and ruled an absolute monarchy until the day she died twenty years later. In England, I had my own Elizabeth I, this time analogued as Mary I, a protestant in a very unstable England. She came to the throne in 1560, and from then on, because I had a Queen at the same time period, I got a bunch of Elizabethan decisions. She ruled for 57 years, dying around 1617. Under her reign, England unified with Scotland, creating Britain, and the country made wildly large gains in the Americas.

So what interesting, Queenly stories do you guys have? I'd love to hear some non-European ones!

The best monarch I've ever had was a Russian Tsarina named Yekatarina Rurikovich, who had perfect 5/5/5 stats and was in charge of the country when I defeated the Swedes and pushed them out of Finland. I also was able to make huge advances in technology with her due to her great stats, and used my edge in military tactics and units to eliminate the Crimea and liberate the Orthodox nations of the Caucasus (as vassals, of course )

Korean queen - can't remember her name, but she must have ruled for a 30-year period in the late 16th century. Stats were above average (with a 6 in military, ironically), and her reign saw the entirety of India brought under the sphere of Korean influence.

Byzantium game, the last queen to bear the Palaiologos name, 4/4/3 named Sophia. Inaugurated at age 15 after a brief regency counsil.

She reformed the trading system, smashed the Timurids, the Mamluks and the pesky Arabian states. Under her enlightened ruleship, she set up the first colonies on the dark continent, which became the basis of the empires eventual undisputed dominance of Africa.

She died at the age of 62 after seen the former capital of Rome returned to its rightfull people, the schism mended and Aragon intergrated to the empire.

Her only black legacy left was that she had no hier and as a result the Iberian house of Trastamara ascended to the byzantine thone leading to a 50 year period of instability and rebelions.

As Japan got a Empress 5/6/5, best monarch I ever got.

vassalized and annexed Korea, subdued the Manchu, colonized most of unsettled East Indies, discovered Straya, reached the West Coast of the Americas and started colonizing Alaska and Hawaii.

She ruled for 50 years.

My current favorite is

Maria Theresa.... Jagermion (or however the Lithuanian one is. Guess that royal marriage paid off)

Just need her to die with a low legit heir and with some luck I can force a PU on a massive Austria as commonwealth ;>

Funny part is I have like a -50000 with Austria for vassalizing electors and telling him to kiss my butt every time he asked me to convert Catholic
