Can anyone please make a mini-mod where you change the flag of Germany to the Prussian flag and change the head of state and other polticans to Prussians.

You'll get more Prussian flags than you could ever know what to do with! Or, if you don't like any of these then post a picture of the flag you want in the stickied 'Graphics request' thread, and someone will eventually make it for you.
To get them in the game, put the 24bit version of the actual flag (the little animated one) into the GFX\MAP\FLAGS directory and rename it 'flag_GER' (after you delete or backup the original german flag). Then put the shield (the larger image) in the GFX\MAP\SHIELDS section, renaming it 'shield_GER'. Then, hey presto, you have Germany with a Prussian flag!
Which 'Prussians' exactly do you want to be your ministers though?
