Hi, I'm unsure if this is intentional or not, but the AI in my game is really messing up their tile management. I have them set to science focus and "respect tile resources," so their behavior is absolutely baffling to me.

After invading a planet of bug people - ha - and growing their world I decided to start colonizing like crazy, requiring me to make some sectors. One of those sectors was the bug world. It's currently the only planet in the sector, and it has a rank 3 governor.
Again, I'm on science focus with "respect tile resources." 3 things here
1. the AI is clearly building a hydroponics farm over a mineral tile
2. The AI is using a robot to run a science building, which is so dumb I can't even.
3. The AI is using one of the pops I got from invading to run a minerals tile. This pop has a -80% or so penalty to running anything other than food, so this is really dumb.
In all, the planet is being horribly managed and I can't figure out why. I didn't expect the AI to be perfect, but this seems too dumb to be intended.
Save file is attached. I believe it's the correct one.
Also, for full disclosure, I was having the horrible day one stuttering bug on release, so my game has gone through 1.0.0, the beta for 1.0.1, and 1.0.1. I also haven't had the time to reproduce this, and I haven't messed around with console commands at all so it'd take me a while to figure out how to even start reproducing it. Hopefully the save file is useful enough.
