I'm playing as Italian Republic and I'm decided to see what German AI is doing.And I'm was bit confused,what the reason to build some V-2 rockets,only 1 Nuclear reactor in Austrian region and 10 Battleships?Im pretty sure for post-war Reich improvement of national economy is much important.Currently Germany at war with Georgia,Germany have a 10 000 reservists after mobilization and -0.03 MP per day.Whats that?
Mongolia have a strange political name-MON1924.And Russian "Empire" have Mexican tech-team and field leaders

From what i remember the TAG used for the 'Novosibirk Empire' is the same for the Costituzionalistas faction of the mexican civil war.

It's something we've been meaning to address. Currently, the "Nazi Plan Ost" removes -0.3 manpower from the overall German manpower pool, but for the next release we'll make it so that it will be removed gradually and only from the active manpower pool, so the manpower won't be reduced so drastically.

German special minister personality texts don't seem to have a reference in any of the config files, it seems.
Also, the OOB for Germany could use some serious rework in the future. There's a lot that doesn't make too much sense ;)

I have made a playthrough as italy and here are my observations
*If ai united kingdom has a war with an african nation (egypt,ethiopia,south africa) they will not release that nation after winning the war.
*I could not find any event where italy negotioates with the allies for the return of libya
*no event for an italian alliance with romania or bulgaria triggered.There was one that increased the relationship between italy and bulgaria,but no alliance.
*there are no big events for the allies winning world war 3
*The mafia and radical attack events keep happening no matter how much time has passed

Empire of Russia uses tag U57 but all their leaders are assigned to tag U59. U57 has a bunch of spanish language names. I recommend doing find and replace on files U57 and U59 to replace the tags. Also, the Empire has very few leaders, so I would recommend at least giving them some placeholders like in the attached example.

So lets start the errors:

- a lot of misspelling (I'll try to fix them later), and wrong names for units. Like for Hungary: Vadászrepülő ezred (this is how it should be) and so on.
- to easy to use nukes. When I was playing Hungary around 1952 the Germans nuked partisans at Petrozavodsk (not at war with anyone.) I think that's a bit overkill.
- USA nuked a couple of times Ireland when it was fighting against UK. It literally made Ireland a wasteland. It should be modified.
- no picture for a couple of guys like: Fuad II, Henri Rol-Tanguy
- after annexation of Romania by Germany, part of Transylvania goes to Slovakia, which is weird. It should go to puppet Hungary, if there is one. Or offering it to Hungary.
- a weird border happened when Gotenland declared war at Romania. Hungary was a former puppet of the Reich. The Reich annexed Romania and gave lands around Bessarabia to Hungary, but not Transylvania. So Hungary was cut in half. Also why the heck would they receive only Bessarabian lands? They surely don't want it. Why can the SS declare war on Romania, if there is also a Reich? They don't have common border. If there is a war, than the Axis shouldn't all jump Romania, just the SS, and RK Ukraine.
- if Lokot Republic becomes the Russian State, it should change their flag
- 1953 After death of King Abdul-Aziz, the leader is Campbell, without picture, but more importantly: who is Campbell?
- Assassination of ministers are too strong. First USA killed Speer, than the Soviets killed Hjalmar Schact. (So my economy got hammered.)
- Couping nations are too strong. I couped around 80% of the countries to NS, because I got bored. Most of them under a year.
- Serbia and Switzerland, SS-Staat, and a few more counters are wrong. Serbia could use the puppet counters from DH Full, Switzerland could use the usual RK puppet counters, like RK Ostland and the others
- Hungarian state visit to Germany event should check, if there is a Hungary. (I annexed it a few years earlier.)
- La relazione (Italian language event for SS-Staat)
- Event for Mongolia does not fire, if SS Staat released Vlasov Russia and puppet Turkestan. There is no event for fate of Xinjiang.
- USA declared war on the Far Eastern Republic, but than UK and N. China annexed it. There should be a partition event, or "Fate of..." event because the borders are ugly like this.
- is there a trigger for Grand Colonialization event? (my SS Staat dissent is high around 75-85%) It doesn't fire
- after peace in the Reich event I can't do anything with Belorussian Rada, RK Ostland etc. and its 1956 already. It fires without a problem for other factions.
- after SU is annexed and the player creates a Russian puppet state, it shouldn't have all the lands, only at tops the half (it would be too powerful like this)
- Turkestan could have Xinjiang as a German puppet
- United Arab Republic should be closer to Germany, and not SU. While OTL that was the case, in Fatherland, the Germans would be seen as heroes for the Arabian cause (the Reich would fuel it with propaganda), and Nasser would align closer to the Reich. It stays left-wing radical, but it shouldn't enforce a trade embargo
- Every country is waaaaay to backwards in technology. Researching 1939 or earlier tech for Germany is a bit too much. Axis nations should be more advanced
- if the French State manages to reach RK Wallonie and the others, than those should have an event about uprisings etc. The Germans are strong, but they are focusing their military might in the east for the colonies, so FS could have a chance to advance. Vichy France was not that weak, and if it was left alone for eight years, it could rebuild its forces partially. If they declare war on Germany, than there could be an event about possible union of FS and Free France
