Yeah Manchuria starts with a bunch of Japanese units. In 4 years of war they kicked Nationalist China off the mainland in my test game. These can all be more balanced later on. For now I'm just giving everyone normal game techs that can all be edited later.

Haven't started on the scenario file, INC is a lot of work right now. But it should be simple enough, I'm learning this modding stuff as I go.

Right now the balance of power is such that Germany has around 3 million men in uniform. Their units are arranged throughout German territory in some rational and some irrational arrangements (some Garrisons have anti tank attachments and some Infantry have King Tiger attachments). The army is much larger than the US army and larger than like the next 2 or 3 biggest competitors combined. Basically Speer was even more successful than IRL and so they could build a lot of Maus brigades, Mechanized divisions, etc. The airforce is the second largest in the world but it is a distant 2nd to the USA. But the US airforce won't have the UK to attack Germany from so this discrepancy doesn't mean much at the beginning. Germany has around 10 carriers built or in construction and around 30 other capital ships, most of earlier models but with a few Super Heavy BBs. Germany also has 60 submarines. The USA has around 40 carriers with about 10 light carriers and a superiority in all other types except for Submarines. But much of the USA's stuff is sort of antiquated and Germany will have a chance to catch up (though it will be hard). The US land army is much smaller than the German army but is more mobile.

Every neutral country will only have enough units to defend their beaches and many axis countries will have their military trimmed down significantly. In a regular game Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria could put together armies in excess of 30 divisions apiece but with no real Soviet Threat I'd just as well nerf their starting stuff so that the game runs faster.

Hi sorry to be so tardy but I do have some material in my own mod that I think is relevant to yours, specifically
--Vichy teams and leaders
--team, leader and minister files for Empire of China if you don't have them
--ditto for Turkestan
--propaganda pictures for both
--Heinz Guderian as an adviser to Empire of China? Guess I'll have to add that to the files!

If I could add something,
1.Hitler planned to destrony Moscow totally and "build" a large lake in place of the city.
2.There was a plan to conquest Vatican and estabilish puppet Papal State in Liechtenstein.

How are eastern European volunteer formations of the Waffen-SS supposed to take the news that the homelands they fought for won't be getting any autonomy whatsoever?

Hitler didn't mind to accept any, even the smallest, authonomy for regions, where Nazi were welcomed as those who will bring freedom.
I also would like to add that only in Soviet Union Nazi were welcomed friendly. I don't know how it was in Balkans and Czechoslovakia, but f.e. in Poland great majority of Polish members of German forces were forced to it (in the end of war, in order to became "meat" in the East Front; by the way, in last presidential elections the one of candidates failed because of accusations that his grandfather was in Wehrmacht).

Just remember than the SS comited horrors and war crimes on the Eastern Front. If the people where so happy with them they would not have commited sabotage or joined the Red Army in masses.

Care to speak for the 12 Million Russian Civilians who died to German Soldiers?

I believe you are thinking of the Baltic Countries..

It happened before SS crimes, and despite of it many Ukrainians joined to Nazi army (for example SS Division Galizien). Most of people who were in communist partisan forces, were Russian and Russian-speaking Ukrainian.

Remember Russians and Ukrainians are not the same nation (especially West Ukrainian). In those parts people heated USRR. Maybe have you heard for example about Great Starvation in Ukraine?

Situation in Ukraine and Belarus was similar as in Baltic States. Ukrainian and Belarussian nacionalists wanted to cooperate with Hitler and they expected authonomy for it. Hitler didn't agree, but if he would have agreed, Nazi would have conquested Moscow with millions of Ukrainian volunteers in their army. Ukrainians and Belaruissians were ready to support Germany, but Hitler chose wrong policy.

In 1941 Germany wasn't totally mobilized. It had enough menpower, but economy wasn't in war-time status. If they WILL PRODUCE machines, armors, rifles, guns and ammo for extra million soldiers, it will be GERMAN SOLDIERS.
And millions of ukrainian will work twice more hardly to produce bread for Germany because of not enough labour force in Reich.

And also, in any way, Hitler had millions of volunteers from USSR in 1941. As we see, their usefulness was very doubtfully.

Well, he held out until 1945 with the entire world attacking him from all sides...

Why didn't he agree? He thought they were Sub-Humans thats why, so it never would have happened.

Thanks for the already great support.
Skins are not included in the mod. It is a separate download. You can go to my graphics link and navigate to the "country-specific skins" You will find it and the Turkestan skin in Package 6. There are a lot of skins and most probably don't need to be in your mod but I think the two I mentioned should be skinned as they are near-majors. Also I have two different India skins you may find useful. Check out Vichy France if you don't already have a skin.
Also I made an error in the Vichy files. The "Communist Vichy" leaders should be eliminated in the ministers file. BTW the extra VIC military leaders are culled from the Indochina files and Indochina doesn't need them. On the European side, you may have discussed this elsewhere, but it is extremely likely Hitler would have died of natural causes any time from 46 afterwards, probably from heart disease, suggest stating this as the cause of death. Do you have successors worked out? I actually think it should be Hess, (assuming the Hess flight did not occur) and what would his personality be? Otherwise I guess it could be randomly Doenitz, Goering, Himmler or Goebbels.
What's your opinion?
My take is:
Himmler--Ruthless Powermonger (this is different from Powerhungry Demagogue)
Hess-Weary Stiffneck or Stern Imperialist
the others are in the files already
If you haven't done this I can whip up an event and post it.

In the novel (1964) Hitler is still alive and we discussed that ponit in our Forum. The succesion crisis will not really happen but more a kind os struggle for the title of Head of Governement. Goering, Goebbels, Himmler, Bormann and all the other would probably have some rivalities.

And yes, i downloaded the skin package 6 as it seemed to include imp Chi but it only have the following inside:

Thanks for the clarification on an unneeded event. As for the screenshots I did forget the U13 Empire of China set but have fixed that. U12 is Turkestan. The rest in the package you probably don't need.
