There should be a decision for the Allied power where they decide on the post-war settlement. Like in the WW1 campaign, you should be able to treat Germany
mildly (1919 borders, partial occupation) moderately harshly (historical) and very harshly (full de-industrialisation, annexation of Sarrland etc.) This would make the end of WW2 more interesting and end weird borders. What do you think?
