Not really, no. I think there was a way to play in a windowed mode if you were willing to tinker a little, but that was about it..

Yes, there is a manual on CD, thanks. Just thought it had to be on paper and did not assume it could be on the CD. Thanks again!
Trivia: The first versions had a printed manual, but re-releases have them on the CD. Advantage with the re-release is that the game is already patched, something which was very important to do with the first versions.
